Our newest employee at CS3, Joshua Blaho, is a millennial new to the world of desk jobs, so we asked him to write a weekly blog series about his experience.
It seems everyone is blogging about Millennials - even Millennials themselves. We realized this was a prime opportunity to get a truly fresh perspective
on how CS3 Technology operates.

Week 1

My name is Joshua Blaho and I am the new administrative assistant for CS3. Since I am a Millennial, I have been asked to write a few blogs from my
perspective.

As a millennial, I grew with the technological advancements of the last few decades. I know how to operate a computer with ease; however, this didn’t
prepare me for a desk job. Having no formal experience, I feel a little lost at times because I have only worked in the food service industry. I'm
still learning how to cope with the idea of business ethics. Being part of gen me, I express myself as I see fit, but I don’t think I will get away
with wearing cutoffs, blaring music, hanging my hammock in my office, or showing my sweet tattoos.

Social media has and will be the definition of my generation. We started on Xanga and now blog, vlog, Facebook, Tweet, Snapchat, Skype, YouTube, and
more. So I plan on making a weekly blog talking about my experience, development, and journey into this new world. I will also chronicle my involvement
with these baby boomers and gen X’ers.

One downfall my generation suffers is instant gratification. This is something I see many of my peers, and myself, struggling with managing. So I hope
you can handle the anticipation of my weekly updates because I already have a great deal to talk about.
